- Entrants should be a legal resident of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Ireland.
- They must be 18 years of age or older.
- A valid receipt from a Mamas & Papas store to get the necessary information.

The eligible people can take part the survey online by following the steps mentioned below:

- Read the notification and agree to their conditions of using cookies and other data collections technology. (Without acknowledging it you can’t proceed further).
- Click “Continue” to begin the survey.
- Enter the receipt number, Date of visit, and other information from your receipt.
- Answer each of the questions honestly. (Your true feedbacks will be most helpful to provide better options for your babies).
- Complete the survey and say “Yes” when they will ask you to enter the prize draw.
- Provide your personal and contact details and you will be entered into the prize draw.
