• Enter the Site ID, Date, Time of your visit. (All can be found on your receipt).
• Click “Start” to proceed.
• Answer the questions based on your experience at Shell.
• Rate your overall satisfaction, leave your comment.
• Provide your personal information and contact details to enter the prize draw.
• Submit and finish the survey.

After completion, follow the instructions displayed on the screen to redeem the offer.
