Eligibility to enter the survey
- The users should take part in the survey as soon as possible after their last visit at Pei Wei.
- They must have a purchase receipt of their recent visit. (The survey invitation code can be located on it).
- Have a device with a good internet connection to access the survey process.
Guidelines to complete the survey
Once you make sure, you have all the above-mentioned qualities, just follow the instruction below and it will be a matter of few minutes to complete the entire process.
- Keep the receipt near at your hand.
- Go to www.peiweifeedback.com.
- Enter the 15 digit survey code from your receipt. (You can find it in the middle left section of the receipt).
- Click “Start” to continue.
- Answer the survey questionnaire according to your experience and service provided to you.
- Rate, comment whatever you are asked.
- Provide contact details and finish the survey.
- Once you are done, a validation code will be given to you. Write the code on the original receipt.
